Chia pudding


Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Toppings of your choice (fruit, peanut butter, protein powder, etc)

Directions

  • Combine ingredients and stir until evenly mixed

  • Chill in fridge overnight

  • Add any fruits/seeds, smoothie blends, and other toppings of your choice!
