choc berry Bites
Ingredients
Bliss Balls
1 cup raw almonds or cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup pitted mejool dates
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Filling
Fresh or frozen raspberries
Chocolate Coating
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
Top with desiccated coconut
Directions
Combine all bliss ball ingredients into a food processor and blend until fully combined and sticky consistency.
Roll into small 2-3 inch balls, poking a hole in the center of each ball.
Place a raspberry in the hole and gently roll the ball to cover evenly
Place bliss balls in fridge for 15-20 minutes
Mix ingredients of chocolate coating on a low heat pan until smooth
Dip balls into the mixture and then sprinkle with desiccated coconut to top
Place in fridge to set. Enjoy!
