choc berry Bites

Ingredients

Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup raw almonds or cashews

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup pitted mejool dates

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Filling

  • Fresh or frozen raspberries

Chocolate Coating

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Top with desiccated coconut

Directions

  • Combine all bliss ball ingredients into a food processor and blend until fully combined and sticky consistency.

  • Roll into small 2-3 inch balls, poking a hole in the center of each ball.

  • Place a raspberry in the hole and gently roll the ball to cover evenly

  • Place bliss balls in fridge for 15-20 minutes

  • Mix ingredients of chocolate coating on a low heat pan until smooth

  • Dip balls into the mixture and then sprinkle with desiccated coconut to top

  • Place in fridge to set. Enjoy!
