Rice krispy treats
Ingredients
4 cups gluten-free rice puffs
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup brown rice syrup
1 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate
Directions
Melt brown rice syrup and peanut butter on stove or microwave until smooth
In a bowl combine rice puffs and melted rice syrup and peanut butter and stir until evenly mixed
Pour mix into an 8x8 non-stick pan
Melt coconut oil and white chocolate until smooth and pour on top of mixture
Let chill in freezer for 1 hour
Cut into slices and serve!
