Rice krispy treats

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups gluten-free rice puffs

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup brown rice syrup

  • 1 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate

Directions

  • Melt brown rice syrup and peanut butter on stove or microwave until smooth

  • In a bowl combine rice puffs and melted rice syrup and peanut butter and stir until evenly mixed

  • Pour mix into an 8x8 non-stick pan

  • Melt coconut oil and white chocolate until smooth and pour on top of mixture

  • Let chill in freezer for 1 hour

  • Cut into slices and serve!
